OIC of South Florida is a nonprofit dedicated to transforming lives through career training, education and reentry support for underserved and underrepresented communities in Broward County, Miami-Dade County and beyond. With more than 15,000 job placements over 25 years, we empower individuals to break the cycle of poverty and build brighter futures through our proven dual-generation approach serving both adults and youth.
